Why are personalised items priced the way they are?
Every item is made to order and created especially for your little one. Pricing includes quality materials, embroidery setup, thread changes, hand-finished details, packaging, and the time and care that goes into making each piece unique.
What is your turnaround time?
Our typical turnaround time is 3–4 working days from order confirmation. Larger or highly customised orders may take a little longer.
Royal Mail delivery options
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – A fully tracked service with delivery typically aimed within 2 working days after dispatch.Royal Mail Tracked 24 – A fully tracked service with delivery typically aimed for the next working day after dispatch. Please note: these delivery timeframes begin after your order has been completed and dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes! If we need to purchase a new embroidery file for your requested design, a small additional fee may apply.
