Step 2: Choose your item or bundle
Select your preferred item, whether it’s a single piece or one of our luxury bundles. Choose your required size and style where applicable.

Step 3: Add your item to your basket
Once you have selected your design and item details, click Add to Cart.

Step 4: Add your personalisation details
Before completing your order, please use the Special Instructions box in your cart to provide your personalisation details, including:

• Name or wording required
• Size (if not selected as a variant)
• Preferred font colour
• Any additional requests

Step 5: Review and complete your order
Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order, as personalised items are created especially for you and cannot be changed once production begins.

Step 6: We create your luxury piece
Your order will then be carefully embroidered, quality checked and lovingly prepared before being packaged and sent to you.
